When a major philosophical shift changed Versant's core service model, their enterprise software was in need of a substantial overhaul. Versant Voyager is a robust platform used by client health systems to track and manage nurse competency.
The project was laid out in phases, the first of which required a rapid turnaround to accommodate the new competency-based model at the center. Working from a prioritized list of features and functionality, we quickly got to work on developing a refreshed, branded interface and iconography while simplifying some of the processes of the existing software. To help clients optimize remediation efforts, standardized performance support solutions and an interactive skills assessment were designed.
The Voyager project is ongoing, with in-depth UX consulting and design iterations to enhance the current build and add features including real-time reports, user dashboards and interactive remediation tools.
